How information is used on this website.
Your account and requests
We use your account email, contact details, project information, approvals, and request files to respond, prepare custom work, and arrange fulfillment. You can view your own conversations after signing in with a confirmed email. Internal employee notes and support queue statuses are not shown to customers.
When your account is securely connected to a Square customer profile, your account displays linked contact information and purchase history. Profile changes you save can update that Square customer record. Optional birthday information uses month and day only.
Services that help run the site
Square handles checkout, payment records, customer records, and order notifications. Supabase provides account authentication, database records, and file storage. Vercel hosts the website. Cloudflare Turnstile helps protect account forms. Resend is used for branded account emails and, when configured, request and reply notifications.
This site uses secure account cookies for sign-in and account recovery. Your cart stores product IDs and quantities in your browser, and a private confirmation cookie lets you save a guest purchase to a verified account with the same order email. Creating an account is optional. Eligible purchase credit is reserved for rewards launch review; refunds and eligibility are checked before points are awarded. Payment card details are entered through Square checkout rather than stored in website forms. Request files are private; photos deliberately uploaded to the employee portfolio have public file URLs, even when their gallery listing is unpublished.
Questions or changes
Update linked contact details in My Account, or contact us about a correction, access request, or deletion request. We verify identity before handling account data requests and review any records that must be retained for business purposes.
